Registration

All Creative People are Welcome at this Celebration of
Mixed Media Arts in Waterloo Region!

To Register click on the class you are interested in.  It will take you to our online store where you can view the class description, supply fees and also register using paypal.
If you would like to register by phone or email:  contact Karen Ellis at mixedminded@rogers.com (519 9545 6620) with your name, email, contact info (address with postal code, phone), your requested classes, preferred method of payment and we'll get it rollin! :)

Class fees are due upon registration and all classes are on a first come, first serve basis. All Sales Final.  Methods of payment available are cash (in studio), PayPal, interac email money transfer (by online banking) and visa (please call in your number or come see me in the studio. DO NOT put your visa number in an email for security reasons).

OUT OF TOWN GUESTS - Looking to make this a weekend event?  We were able to negotioate an event room rate at the Cambridge Hotel and Conference Centre for $104.99/room (based on double occupancy).  When you contact the hotel to reserve your room, be sure to mention that you are with Mixed Minded (or The Art House Studio) to receive the discounted rate.
